Abstract : In drug development process, if physical sample is limited then computer models constitutes valid alternative to experiment. Here, we used different web tools such as ChemDraw, Spartan, Cresset, Avogadro, MarvinSketch 18.10, Forge, SwissADME, SwissTargetPrediction, Swiss Similarity, and Molinspiration, etc. to predict drugllikeness character of the hydrazide. The 2-(4-cyano-2-methylphenoxy)acetohydrazide was synthesized from 4-cyano-2-methylphenol and study their antimicrobial activity.
